Instant Images with the Mamiya RB-67, PRO-S, PRO-SD

The MF-3 instant film back for these Mamiya camera models fits the corresponding cameras with precision and produce sharp Polaroid images on all Polaroid 3 ¼ x 4 ¼ pack films. The instant film back lets you take your Polaroid proofing shot, evaluate it and make the necessary adjustments to composition, lighting, F-stop, and shutter speed. Continue making adjustments and taking preview shots as necessary. When you are satisfied with the results you are ready to take your “wet” process shots with confidence. The results will be exactly what you expect. It is your creative input that makes the difference in the final image.

NPC is able to manufacture superior proofing backs at the lowest prices in the industry. Every effort has been made to produce a rugged, dependable tool with the customary NPC quality. All components in the interface are stainless steel, black anodized aluminum and beryllium copper. The film chamber, modified by NPC, is supplied by Polaroid.

Instant Images with the Mamiya RZ-67
The MF-4 instant film back for the Mamiya RZ-67 fits the corresponding camera model with precision and produce sharp Polaroid images on all Polaroid 3 ¼ x 4 ¼ pack films. The functionality and precision construction of the unit is similar to that of the NPC MF-3 instant film backs. For more information, see the description of the MF-3.

Instant Images with the Mamiya 645
The MF-17 instant film back for the Mamiya 645 fit the corresponding cameras with precision and produce sharp Polaroid images on all Polaroid 3 ¼ x 4 ¼ pack films. The functionality and precision construction of the unit is similar to that of the NPC MF-3 instant film backs. For more information, see the description of the MF-3.

Instant Images with the Mamiya 6 and the Mamiya 7
The NPC Proback for the Mamiya 6 and the Mamiya 7 cameras uses a free-floating fiber optic lens to transfer the image from the camera film plane to the Polaroid film plane without any degradation of the image. Because the fiber optic bundle is in complete contact with the Polaroid film, the image is transferred with absolute sharpness and fidelity. There is no light loss and no color shift. Manufactured with the highest quality materials, the light seal mechanism is composed of stainless steel and beryllium copper. All other interface components are black anodized aluminum and stainless steel. We believe that this is the best way to insure as good an image as possible.

Instant and Wet Process Pictures with your Mamiya RZ-67 and/or RB-67
NPC Photo Division’s series of INTERFACE products let you use the same setup to proof with instant film and take wet process shots. Here’s how this works. The products take advantage of Polaroid’s 545i film holder which can hold either Polaroid 4x5 instant sheet film or Kodak READYLOAD wet process film. NPC’s INTERFACE products adapt this versatile film holder to the supported Mamiya camera models. Important: Keep in mind that although the Polaroid 545I film holder takes all Polaroid sheet film, the image that is produced is still contact-sized. The INTERFACE products and accessories are available in several configurations to accommodate the cameras that you work with. Use the following table to determine which NPC model INTERFACE system best suits your situation.
